State park maps, 1922.

Blueprint maps showing boundaries and facilities in various state parks, with proposed expansions of the park's land area or the addition of facilities. Most show plot plans and give elevation information. The maps were drawn by the Highway Department on orders of Governor J. A. O. Preus for use in legislative deliberations regarding park budgets, according to information printed on the maps.

The Minnesota Legislature created the Department of Highways in 1917 to oversee the construction of Minnesota highways.
